Please do not email health details

Ordinary email is not a secure channel for medical information. Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, lab results, medications, or other health records by email. A care coordinator will tell you how to share clinical information securely once you begin care.

We use the information you send to reply to you, schedule consultations, process order requests, and send updates you ask for. We do not sell your personal information.
